Our guests can indulge in culinary delights
It is our philosophy to serve our guests meals made from fresh, local produce.
Our trusty suppliers include the Große Rechtien patisserie shop in Bad Iburg and the Beermann country butcher’s in Bad Laer.
We prepare all our dishes using ingredients fresh from the market - a fact which pleases our vegetarian guests in particular. We also have lighter and dietary options available as a matter of course.
You can begin your day by enjoying our hearty breakfast buffet.
In the afternoon, we serve a selection of coffees, as well as other hot beverages.
If you opt for half-board, you can choose between two options:
- Our three-course menu with soup and a main course, followed by dessert. You can also help yourself to salad, cheese and fresh fruit from our buffet.
- Alternatively, you can opt for our cold buffet, including fresh salad and an ample selection of meats and cheeses, as well as various breads and fresh fruit.
